Can I use Mifo's products while swimming or in the shower?
Our earbuds are rated as waterproof, but we do not recommend submerging for longer than 30 minutes or at any depth below ½ meter. In addition, the Bluetooth signal is impeded by water, and so your source player must be very close in order to be effective while swimming (ideally a waterproof smartwatch). Showering is totally fine, and even the soapiest shampoos will not harm products. Note: The aluminum charging case is not waterproof.
Do Mifo earbuds connect individually? Can I use one earbud only if I want?
All Mifo models can use either one or both earbuds, and automatically adjust from one ear to dual ear. For example, if you are using a single earbud, and remove the second from the charging case, it will automatically pair without interrupting music or calls. You may also move from using both earbuds to a single earbud in either ear without interruption.
I purchased an extended warranty. What exactly does the extended warranty cover?
We make it easy to cover your Mifo products for extended periods by purchasing an additional year of coverage. The following occurrences are covered as part of any extended warranty: (1) No deductibles or added costs. Parts, labor and shipping included. (2) Power surge covered from day one. (3) Other breakdowns covered after the manufacturer's warranty expires. (4) Includes 24/7 tech support - setup, connectivity issues, troubleshooting and much more. (5) File a claim online or by phone 24/7. (6) If we can't repair it, we'll replace it or reimburse the purchase price with an Amazon e-gift card. (7) Plans are only valid for new or certified refurbished products purchased in the last 30 days with no pre-existing damage.
Troubleshooting: Connecting trouble spots
Check if the device is in working condition: First, check if the device's indicator light is on to determine if it's operating normally. lf not, you can restart the device, charge it, or plug it into a power source to ensure it's in working condition. Device distance: Ensure the device is within 5 meters of the phone; the closer it is, the faster it will be recognized. Connect your device in system Bluetooth: Go to phone settings - Bluetooth, ensure Bluetooth is turned on, find the corresponding device model in the search list and connect. Unbind device, reconnect: When the device is bound to another phone, you need to unbind it before reconnecting. You can swipe left in the APP list to delete the device.
